Yoga Journey: A Flow-through Loss IV

Yoga Journey: A Flow-through Loss IV

This journey encourages you to pause mid-yoga-flow to write and release your thoughts; It could be a new stream of consciousness, or a particular thought or moment that triggers past or current experiences of loss (with an opportunity to share at the end). And if nothing pours out, that's beautiful, too; and if you find yourself writing the entire time, let it happen.

When we flow, thoughts bubble up; and in yoga, we are often encouraged to let thoughts flow in and out, and focus on our movement and breath alone, without addressing what's coming through, thought-wise. But this time, pen and paper stay nearby β€” it’s time to see your thoughts.
