7pm Yoga Grief Journey with Elise Kayfetz
For anyone who has recently experienced a loss of any kind, this journey encourages you to pause mid-yoga-flow to write and release your thoughts; It could be a new stream of consciousness or a particular thought or moment that triggers past or current experiences of loss (with an opportunity to share at the end). And if nothing pours out, that's beautiful, too; and if you find yourself writing the entire time, let it happen.
When we flow, thoughts bubble up, and in yoga, we are often encouraged to let thoughts flow in and out and focus on our movement and breath alone, without addressing what's coming through, thought-wise. But this time, pen and paper stay nearby — it's time to see your thoughts.
8:30pm Meditative Soundscapes with @kerrydoreysound
Join Kerry Dorey for a unique one hour immersive sound experience. Lay back, relax and be bathed in sound. Earphones/Headphones are highly recommended.
Every sound in our daily life is a result of vibration. As we learn to concentrate and focus our attention on sounds that exist without and within, we can also learn to access a deeper connection with ourselves and others. How do these "vibes" affect us, and what can we observe? A Sound Bath can give us the opportunity to be in a safe space to explore a journey through healing sounds and textures that can elicit discovery, connection and a sense of wonder. I am thrilled to have this opportunity and to explore this journey with you. ~ Kerry

Let’s keep bringing the gunk up and out.
Loss comes in many forms— could be a loss of a loved one, job, or losses linked to COVID-19.
In this practice, we will let loss flare-up, and magnify so we can see it, write it, and release it, without resistance.
Optional 10-minute group share at the end
No prior yoga or writing experience required.
