Yoga Journey: A Flow-through Loss I
This journey encourages you to pause mid-yoga-flow to write and release your thoughts; It could be a new stream of consciousness, or a particular thought or moment that triggers past or current experiences of loss (with an opportunity to share at the end). And if nothing pours out, that's beautiful, too; and if you find yourself writing the entire time, let it happen.
$10-20 sliding scale
Offering the first Thursday of Every Month (August - November; August 6; September 3; October 1; November 5, etc.)
Props: Yoga Mat, Journal, Pen, Blanket, 2 Pillows
